Every cleaning is a thorough cleaning. Our standard service takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select your service. An initial deep clean is highly recommended if your home has not been professionally cleaned in the past month.

We bring all of our own supplies for the home cleaning service, including vacuum cleaners and a step-ladder. If you have a specific solution or tool you’d like us to use, kindly put in a special request and leave it out for our cleaners.

We price based on the number of bedrooms in the home. Select the number of bedrooms on our booking page and the price is shown instantly on the website. For small office cleanings or vacation rentals, please select the hourly service. Feel free to contact us directly if you have an questions about booking a clean.

We send adequate cleaners to complete the job in half a day. If it’s a standard service for a smaller two-bedroom apartment, one or two of our staff are sufficient. For larger homes such as a 5000 sq ft mansion, we would send up to six people.

How long does it take to clean my home?2019-10-23T19:59:18+00:00

Service time varies depending on the size and condition of your home. On average, it takes one to three hours for smaller homes and two to four for larger homes. Nevertheless, our flat rate pricing means we will not leave until your home is in tip top condition even if it takes a longer time to clean.

Our cleaners will always try to arrive on time for your clean however do please allow a two-hour arrival window to account for heavy traffic. If you need to leave your house for example by 9:30AM for a 9-10AM arrival window, please leave a key or access code for your cleaners. We will give you a call if your cleaner is going to be late.

Not at all. Just leave a key around for us or an access code(e.g. garage or lock box) and let us know how to access your place. We will clean up and lock the door behind us.

Sure thing. On our booking page, you can add extras such as move-in/move-out, dirty dishes, inside windows, oven-cleanings, refrigerator cleaning, etc. Or simply log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

Will I always get the same cleaning crew?2019-10-23T19:59:18+00:00

We try our best but we can’t guarantee it. Scheduling is incredibly complicated. It is only possible to always have your favorite team, if you are very flexible on your cleaning times and let us know how important it is to you. That said, whenever possible, we always try out best to send you your regular teams. If a different cleaning crew came along and didn’t work to your satisfaction, we will address those issues immediately.

Credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

When will my card be charged?2019-10-23T19:59:18+00:00

We will never charge your card before your clean. A hold will be placed 24 hours before we arrive to clean your home. We will only take payment after your cleaning service has been performed. Guaranteed.

Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?2019-10-23T19:59:18+00:00

If you cancel your clean within 48 hours of the scheduled time, we have to charge you a cancellation fee of $50.

Do you offer discounts for recurring cleans?2019-10-23T19:59:19+00:00

Yes, we do. We offer up to 20% off for recurring cleans. For partial cleaning of your home, we recommend the hourly service.

It’s easy, all you need to do is include the code on the booking form and the discount will be applied instantly. Gift cards can also be redeemed by typing your code into the booking form.

Yes! Our comprehensive insurance covers up to $2mil. We have made sure that trusting us with your home is as risk free as possible. Accidents do occasionally happen but if they ever do we will ensure that everything is resolved for you as quickly as possible.

All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a CleanMyTribe certified cleaner. They are your West Lafayette or Lafayette neighbors.

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away within 48 hours of your service and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 48 hours. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7 day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.

If you’re not content with your cleaning, let us know within 48 hours. We will come out and re-clean (within a 7 day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

Why do I have to select the full size even if a few rooms do not need to be cleaned?2019-10-23T19:59:47+00:00

Our prices are not based on each room but on the size of the house. We estimate the sq footage through the number of bedrooms. This allows us to anticipate how many cleaners and how long it would take to provide the best quality of work.

If you have multiple rooms that do not need to be cleaned, we recommend selecting the true size of your home when booking and adding a special request in the comments. We’ll make sure to give you a discount.

Can you tell me more about your heavy-duty cleaning?2019-10-25T17:05:07+00:00

We offer flat rate pricing for all our services but in rare cases when a home requires very heavy duty cleaning, special rules apply. Usually, this happens when there are multiple residents and pets in a home that has not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time. Heavy duty cleaning is needed when conditions are a combination of the following: decomposing food, grease on many surfaces, clutter on many surfaces, strong odor of animals or cigarettes, fur on numerous surfaces, trash scattered around inside the house.

In this special scenario, we would clean as long as we would a regular home of the same size, and hit most of the items on our cleaning checklist. If you’d like us to fulfill everything on our cleaning checklist, you can select our heavy-duty extra when you book. This allows us to allocate more hours, manpower and supplies to give you an unbelievably clean home after we’re done.

*for apartment move outs: If your apartment is far from being empty, please select the Heavy Duty Extra. Our cleaners will help you declutter and bag items to throw before they start cleaning.

Yes, we do! We can service your Airbnb or VRBO while you manage the property remotely. If you need a quick turnaround time for cleaning or other services such as laundry on-site, replenishing supplies that are stored on-site, checking for damage, etc, we are here for you.
